Checklist for inspecting a used car before you pay

Sharing the checklist I now use after getting burned once on a repainted car. Cold-start it yourself, check panel gaps and paint thickness on each door, look under the carpet for water/rust, verify the odometer against service history, and always get an independent inspection before handing over money. What would you add to this list?
